We have the following positions available:
The Residential Youth Worker provides supervision and management of assigned children in the daily living routines that comprise the therapeutic milieu our Residential Program. A High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of experience working with youth is required. A valid driver's license is also required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
The Residential Therapist provides counseling and appropriate therapeutic interventions to individuals assigned to the agency's Residential Treatment program. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field is required. A Masters degree is preferred. A minimum of one (1) year experience in counseling, child care, social work, and/or in providing therapeutic support services to children and families or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required. Candidate must be licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
The School-Based Therapist provides and/or coordinates therapeutic and related services to assigned school clients aimed at addressing their mental health and support needs. A Master's degree in Social Work or Human Services related field is required along with a minimum of one (1) year experience in counseling, social work, and/or in providing therapeutic support services to children and families. Candidate must be licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage & Family Therapist Board as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Candidate must have and maintain a valid Ohio Driver's License, personal vehicle, appropriate driving record and appropriate insurance coverage at all times (as required by agency policy and/or insurance carriers).
