"Mom" Thorpe Finally Home
On a beautiful, sunny Saturday, alumni, Board, staff and friends gathered to celebrate the life and legacy of Mrs. Anna Noble Garver "Mom" Thorpe, and finally bring her home. Memorial Services organized by CCH and the Ellbrook Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star (of which Anna Thorpe was a member) took place on October 4th on the main campus of Cleveland Christian Home to pay tribute to Mrs. Thorpe, Administrator of the Home from 1925-1962. Her ashes were interred in a Memorial Garden on campus Saturday afternoon. Read More
