JOB SUMMARY:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Education, Training, and/or Experience:
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling; or in a related field
  • Licensed by the State of Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisor (LISW-S), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor (LPCC-S)
  • Supervisory a minimum of five (5) years experience
  • Comfortable training all levels of staff
  • Participate in Intake Department to determine referrals
  • Develop, assessments, diagnostic and assessments treatments plans
  • Familiar with BHTs to create Day treatments/Group Curriculum programs
  • Successful completion of all required pre-hire tests and proof of current TB test upon hire and fully vaccinated and show proof

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
